TWO
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING PROFESSORS HONORED BY ASME
The
American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) has
awarded College of Engineering Associate Dean and
Professor of Mechanical Engineering Ted Okiishi a
Dedicated Service Award in recognition of his years
of voluntary service to ASME and its International
Gas Turbine Institute (IGTI).

American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) has
also awarded Mechanical Engineering Professor Warren
R. DeVries the Charles Russ Richards Memorial Award.
The Charles Russ Richards Memorial Award is
presented to the engineering graduate who has
demonstrated outstanding achievement in mechanical
engineering twenty years or more following
graduation.
